This Y adapter from Phoenix Contact lets you connect two sensor cables to one output port. It reduces the need for multiple plugs and is easy to connect and disconnect. An adaptor like this is suited to industrial environments and polluted conditions, such as those found in manufacturing factories.
The component has a strong plastic housing that's long-lasting and resistant to corrosion. As its body is self-extinguishing, there's little risk of the adapter contributing to an electrical fire. Die-cast zinc knurls withstand frequent use, so the connector can be mated multiple times while still retaining its reliability. Thanks to gold-plated contacts, it delivers superior electrical conductivity and withstands the corrosive effects of moist environments.
